I’ve been coming here for 5+ years and have always had a great experience. But now I’m considering shopping somewhere else. The registers now have a “tipping” screen, which they never had before. I’ve never been prompted to tip before so I selected skip and was somewhat rudely brushed away by the associate, probably because of not tipping. I understand why to a degree, but I genuinely don’t understand adding a tip feature for a smoke shop. If your employees are asking for better wages why not give it to them directly rather than hoping the customer will pay more?

This place was amazing! We went to the store on 103rd and state line for the last year. They have always been helpful. Try their other store out where we go on state line.

It's a nice shop but they sell things online that they don't in store. That's not convenient when I want something today. I ask the man working here and he immediately gets rude and nasty. I've been coming here for over 5 years. Just because of his rudeness I'm not coming back. Thousands of dollars are going elsewhere. .
