I had a great experience at The Plug Vape Shop! Steven was incredibly helpful, informative, and made the whole visit enjoyable. We chatted for a bit, and his positive vibe made me feel welcome. He definitely knows his products and is an amazing salesman—lol! The store was immaculate, fully stocked, and had a huge selection of devices to choose from. If I lived in the area, this would definitely be my go-to vape shop. Highly recommend stopping by!

Love this place. I got a vape to quit cigarettes and it's working well. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. They have a punch card for rewards

Dayana was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was very patient helping me decide on an awesome new glass piece. Great selection!

Dianna is the nicest person I've met in KC so far; I highly recommend this place for great prices and services. Make sure to ask for Dianna; she's amazing.

Christian was awesome! Sold me some hard to find Puffco products that they had on deck! Couldn’t recommend these guys more 🙏
