I WAS a frequent flyer here until today, never have I had a bad experience because there’s never been an issue with my product, today I buy a dab pen from them and when I got to the car it had quit working “photo below” when I called to ask about it they said that they aren’t allowed to refund it or do anything about it because it’s “policy”. When I came back to buy a new one she gave me a 10% discount instead of a refund or replacement. Never will I shop here again.

The staff are very knowledgeable friendly, outgoing, can answer any questions u may have & if they don't know they will find out.... Always very helpful & never a dull moment & they all r ALWAYS smiling & welcome u when u enter!!!! Will go above & beyond for their customer's wants & needs... I personally myself love the experience that I have with grateful Head here in Kennett two employees that I know personally are very kind and very helpful and always willing to show you the best deal. Ashley and Mr.Tyler Are just two of the employees that I truly care about here at grateful heads and Kennett you guys keep up the good job actually everybody that works at grateful heads is a friend of mine I love you guys and you keep up the good work..

This local chain always has the kindest people working. Has decent product selection of all kinds. With a loyalty rewards program to save money on reoccuring visits. Worth while. Even if youre from out of state.

Products are pretty weak. It’s all hemp derived. The carts I get here do nothing but make me cough until my abdomen hurts and give me a headache. I would not recommend buying anything thc related from here. Save your money and get the real stuff from the dispensary. The rest of the stuff is fine though, so 3 star.
