They have new staff in the store and it looks better than it ever has.I liked the previous staff because they were always friendly. However, when it comes to running a business correctly and presenting it well to the public, their new general manager has it handled. The store looks fantastic. The employees are trained, informative, and the whole place feels like a brand new, established business. Before Dawn joined Vapor Maven, the store felt like it had just opened. The bare walls and shelves made me think they simply did not have much inventory. I had no idea that so much product was being kept in the back room.

I was there after 10:00 A.M. and the lights were still off. The opening sign was off. I genuinely thought the store was closed. A new girl was working today and explained that they were just having "one of those days". I understand the feeling. However, I don't think fighting a tough day by keeping the lights off and making your business look like it's not even open, is the way to go about it.

Been a long time customer. But the new colored guy y’all have working at Kennett is very rude and was throwing his hands up like he wanted to fight over nothing. Then when I check out and he asked if I wanted a receipt he gets loud and starts hollering for no reason. Won’t be back until he’s no longer there. Definitely has anger issues and I wasn’t the only customer in the store he was acting rude with. Thanks

The staff has got to be the coolest people around. Love going here. The inventory is a blast to look at if your into that sort of thing.... and I am. Two thumbs up for this place.

Usually they're pretty good, but I went last night and got a delta 8 vap pen for the first time and wanted to try it out instead of the flower. I drive an hour and a half back home, open it up and its COMPLETELY EMPTY! Mind you I just drove a total of 3 hours just for this specifically. So ofcourse I call first thing this morning and explain to them how I just got it last night, they were closed by the time I got home so I'm calling now when yall are first opening. They told me they hadto talk to the owner, after all day waiting they tell me they can't refund it. They don't care about us just the money so ill never be back. I legit just wanted to swap for the same thing. Guess they couldn't deal with losing 25 dollars so they make me do it.
