I recently had a very negative experience here that needs to be addressed. It seems this establishment has taken the concept of "dynamic pricing" to an absurd and unacceptable level. One day, I found a product priced at a reasonable rate, only to return the next day and see that the price had dramatically increased unjustifiably so. When I inquired about the reason behind this sudden price hike, I was met with a dismissive response from the staff, who claimed, "This is how it is in all of our stores. Take it or leave it." Really? This is your way of doing business? Price gouging under the guise of dynamic pricing without any prior notification to consumers is not only unethical, but it also shows a blatant disregard for the community that supports your store. As if this experience couldn't get worse, when I finished my purchase, I requested a receipt, only to be told that the printer was "broken." Convenient, isn't it? A broken printer when you need to provide proof of the transaction. This lack of accountability is alarming. If your business practices are legitimate, why would you not be able to provide customers with records of their purchases? If you plan to operate in our community, it’s imperative that you maintain transparency and integrity in your pricing. Dynamic pricing should never come at the expense of trust. I encourage potential customers to consider their options before stepping foot into this place, as it’s clear their current business model is built on exploiting their clientele. It's time for you to step up and serve your community with fairness, not deception.

I bought a vape there about a year ago. Was approx $28.00. Everywhere else was around $18. I didn't go there for a long time Gave it another shot and started buying repatitively from the location in lees summit bc the prices started to seem fair and maybe i didnt get charged correctly. Have brand new vape I purchased just a few days ago and it won't charge at all that i just started using. Called and they said they could do nothing about it like I was wasting their time. So I guess I won't be going here any more.
