I only go to this shop! The guys are all so helpful and respectful, the only name I can remember right now is Sam lol. They always keep stocked on all products and the rewards program is awesome! Oh and the hours are awesome too!

Every single time I go in the music is so loud. I can’t even hear the guy when I tried to talk to him and ask questions so therefore I don’t even bother 😬not to mention one of the guys was trying to tell me that I cannot get my free vape, even though I had bought 9 of them and I had the punchcard so I had to go back-and-forth with him. It was just so unprofessional and messed up that he tried to get over on me even though I am a regular customer there and the punchcard clearly states buy 9 vapes and get the 10th one for free! Do better!

I love this shop, very convenient and price effective. Nick has always been a great help since the store opening. Great employee even better person, very helpful.

My husband and I have stopped in a couple of times and both times Sam has helped us he is very good at advice on the products and just overall very helpful we will visit again soon Thanks Sam

This by far is THE BEST vape and smoke shop within 30 mi of St. Louis or Crystal City! I live in Crystal City and I work in St. Louis and I will gladly drive the 30 minutes to shop here than the shop that's 5 minutes from my house And that I really like! Sam, the person that helped me, is a super nice and super helpful, knowledgeable guy! They also have a great variety of products from juices to kratom! And to top it off, they have THE ABSOLUTE BEST PRICES of any shop I've been to!! I travel a lot so I've been to many shops from the East Coast to the Midwest. And Big Smoke and Vape has them all beat in prices as well as products and service! An absolute 11 out of 10 and it is quite literally my new favorite shop that I will go out of the way to visit and patronize from here on out!
