Not open during business hours. Went to the DMV next door twice and both times I tried to stop by, the doors are locked and no one is inside. First time, the lights were off and it was about 9,30 AM. Tried to stop by just now at 12PM and the signage lights are on, but no one is at the front desk and doors are locked.
