Ed and Lauren are great in every aspect of the store. Great environment, care about the customers wants and needs. Go out of their way to get in products that are wanted by customers but not yet on their shelves. By far one of the best vape stores out there

Been cash only for weeks that's twice now that I've came here and had to just go somewhere else because they only accept cash won't be going back

Lauren is positively my favorite person to interact with in the whole store, she always has amazing service and is quick to find what you’re looking for. An amazing person and I am always looking forward to coming in when she is working!

Jake is always friendly and knowledgeable about the products on hand at the store. He makes sure I get the product I am looking for and is quick and efficient. Great customer service!

Had gone to this shop for over a year straight but got a new job and had to relocate my purchase location closer to home but Jake the customer service guy was an amazing representative of this place often I came there he was stocking shelves or doing inventory I assumed he was the owner bc he was always there and always knew the details on when they would have products I wanted available so he is an outstanding representative of Wally’s but I’m not sure who Wally is Jake should be the owner or manager without him the place would go out of business quickly I’ve seen him train numerous people and they could not keep up and quit very quickly it’s a very tricky and tedious and stressful job but Jake has it handled and under control with no issues so if I was you I would go check out the extremely sweet prices and awesome staff I highly recommend this place
