Before our experience today I would have given a 5, as we have visited the smoke shop so many times and had wonderful experiences up until this point. One of the staff was not the most helpful today, (we usually go in and they just help with our points as my fiancées phone is almost 7 years old and doesn’t work half the time and we use his number for points) but they sent him out and told him he needed to use the clover app to check out his points. We understand that there is an app for a reason as we both work with the public and know this makes it easier on employees, but up until this point nobody had said anything to us about having to check points on the app only. So we were not able to access his points on the app we tried for over 10 minutes (you get points by buying product) and we just left as we had other things to do today. We’ve always been respectful and loved coming into the smoke shop, and maybe it was just an off day or they have changed policy and we didn’t know, but I’m really disappointed in how today went. Why offer points if you can’t access them inside (they said we needed to make a purchase in order to see our points)? I am not writing this review to get anybody into trouble or tarnish a small business, but I’m very confused because up to this point we’ve had no issues. My fiancee and I are frequent fliers at the smoke shop and are in there 2-3 times a week for beer, carts, and bud and have been going for almost a year, so this is very out of the blue for us. Hoping today was an off day.

This place is great I enjoy buying the bags with vapes they have $10 & $20 dollar bags you don't know what kind its like a surprise grab bag. What i really like is if any don't work they replace it but I can't leave out very friendly workers. Annie

The prices on the kr8om were marked up 300 percent . For example, something I paid 9.99 for yesterday at a different place was 40 bucks. No Competition in the area was the reason given for this. Not surprising that any products that came pre-priced on the packaging were nonexistent. Products like Limitless. They do have a wide variety otherwise though and for that, I'll give it 2 Stars

Great store, bigger than it looks! Has a little bit of everything! Got a toy truck for my grandson. They have t-shirts, great purses, good prices on everything! The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Molly. Note they now have the liquor shop! The smoke shop is in the back. So for those who need to stock up for New Years this is the place to go!

Went their April 13 bought a pre roll weed was terrible quality probably CBD called 4/14 12:13 pm so see if they were willing to make it right but they sounded arrogant and hung up on me it's just bad bussiness
