I didn't even go in this place cause it's not my thing but kids don't do this crap, it's metal in your lungs! At least that is what the commercials always said. 1 star because it smells way better than cigarettes but damn

I used to do business there always..until a snob began working there who could not be troubled to put her phone call on hold without an attitude. Where'd the really short blonde with the great Dane go? Anyhow, Axel is the reason I still am with this company loyally. Whatever he makes, it's not enough. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and he up sells but isn't pushy about it. Perfectly balanced employee y'all have in him and I do hope you keep this one. I'd hate to have to go elsewhere. If I didn't already have business in perryville, I would drive all the way here for the service I have been receiving without fail my last 3 times coming here. You are awesome Axel. Never doubt that. Thank you so much for being the person here every time I come here.

Stopped going here for a reason. Decided to stop today because it was closest only to buy a disposable that went out less than 10 minutes after buying. Tried it in the store and it was fine, took 1 puff off of it after leaving and it wouldn’t stop hissing. No refund. No exchange. No nothing. Literally can show it’s the same one I bought still showing its full of juice. Whatever. Scum business with even sketchier owners.

Normally I'm not one to leave bad reviews. But they are shady and people need to be warned so they don't have similar experiences. Went in to get a vape for myself, and a pack of Vuse pods for my wife. All went okay, got home, realized they weren't the correct percentage. Simple misunderstanding, easy fix. Called to verify I could exchange them, which they confirmed they could, and went back to do just that. Got there and they said they did not carry the percentage I was looking for. First of all, why not say that in the first place, but either way, i'll just get a refund then. They "apologized" and said they could not offer a refund for the product, over 30$, and basically told us we were s.o.l. Now i understand that people make mistakes, and there is nothing to even forgive about it, no harm done. But when you make the mistake, then proceed to not fix it, and essentially scam me out of money, i take it very personally. Also would not let me speak to the manager to verify that they could not refund it.
