The store is brightly lit, always clean, polite, and packed with stuff. They've got a little bit of everything in there. I think they have more cigars than anywhere else in town. Great customer service and more than fair with their prices. He even matches other stores prices or cheaper. We could use more businesses that actually want your business like these guys.

Salesman was pushy and told me the product I purchased would work for what I needed. After getting home (which is completely on me for not doing my research) realized it wasn’t going to work. Went to return it and the same salesman wouldn’t let me return. After explaining I didn’t have time to look around and that I wasn’t interested in purchasing anything else from the store he refused to stop telling me I “could pick anything else in the store” and couldn’t refund me for something HE told me would work. I would never recommend this place. The fact that this place apparently has any positive reviews is crazy to me. I felt uncomfortable the moment I stepped foot in the establishment and then after being swindled I could never in good faith tell anyone to go here. Spend your money elsewhere. Somewhere with morals and less creepy employees. I lost my money here but I hope no one else does.

Salesman Hamzah is a very kind and very helpful giy. He gives great deals and is always trying to the customers out. Highly recommend this place!
