I love this place because it’s like 5 steps away from my house, super close, and the kindness that be coming from the staff makes me love this place even more‼️💯

*BEWARE of discrimination* I’ll have you know it’s illegal to hold someone’s government issued identification HOSTAGE. I was a loyal customer until I realized how unfairly I was treated. It saddens me to have felt like I was seen as a criminal when I’m a loyal paying customer. I have never experienced such discrimination at this place before not ever and I don’t appreciate it. I LOVE the product here. And I appreciate local businesses. Understand that I am a local as well. You have to be kind to your community. Nonetheless I’m a customer-experience first type of person. I entered the facility yesterday and was immediately requested my ID and told “people have been known to be squirrelly so we hold their ID just to be sure” I asked him what he meant by squirrelly and he clarified that people will take off with the product…. Ok that has nothing to do with me. This has NEVER happened to me at this location until a slim white male wearing glasses with a full mustache and beard was working the counter. When I pulled up he was outside with someone smoking. I made my purchase anyway despite my confusion about his business practices but I did express how uncomfortable he made me feel. He literally held my ID until I paid for almost $100 worth of product that he also held until he felt the transaction went through. I hope you can be like the other employees who made me feel welcome to even return to The Vapor House.. they always check my ID but they never keep it in their possession like you did. As long as you are not there I’m willing to comeback. **Edit** I tried to be nice but you edited your review because you’re angry so maybe you should stop smoking whatever y’all were outside smoking because that way you were pacing around back and forward was weird, also again none of your employees have ever requested my ID and held on to it in fact they don’t get my ID until check out but you already knew that. Make sure you’re policy is you holding everyone’s ID until they leave in fact you should get a tray and collect everyone’s ID. Great service and went in straight for cbd. The biggest selection I've seen so far. Had a lot of knowledge about every piece of product. Highly recommended to go.

Always a great selection of juices. They also have a canibis side to choose from as well, if your into that kind of recreation. I also enjoy the fact that everyone who works here is extreamly nice and down to earth. They listen and actually talk to you like a person and not a bag of walking money. Big selection in canibis and mederate selection in nicoteen juices, like juice head and monster jam. Also they carry disposables but I'm a mod guy and they carry refillable mods too.
