Sam really tries her best, but this company sucks and it's impossible to find decent help

Friendly helpful service. Sam and Eddie always a pleasure to see

Only place with Dunhills, my favorite, cant drop them after visiting Europe and honestly the fact they have them says enough about their variety and service.

Nice lady in there. The customer before me (who was, by the way, NOT thin) insulted the store lady and said she looked pregnant (which she CLEARLY DID NOT) but the worker remained calm and pleasant and finished the transaction. And stayed nice when she helped me as well. A true professional. Kudos to her. I hope she had a better day that day.

"Hands down, Discount Smoke Shop Rolla is a gem! Their vast selection of products is impressive and competitively priced. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, making you feel welcome. I absolutely love the new hires , they bring a fresh new found friendliness to what was an otherwise boring experience. The store is well-organized and clean. Whether you're a seasoned enthusiast or just exploring, this smoke shop exceeds expectations. Five stars and highly recommended! 👍"P. S. Take those gambling machines outside and burn jem .. lol.. all kidding aside , great job and even better customer service!
