Ishmael is the best employee there. I have become one of his regulars. I only want his service. So I try to come in when I know he is working. He is very helpful & knowledgeable. He is also very kind & professional. Every time I come in to the store he is cleaning. He keeps the shop in tip top shape. It is so clean & very organized. This is a refreshing experience especially in Springfield, MO. People can be very rude here & most places are dirty. This is the only vape shop I will visit & it’s all because of Ishmael’s exceptional customer service towards his customers & his work ethic. Will keep coming back. Ask for Ishmael. I highly recommend this vape shop.

Izzy is the main reason I keep coming back to Tokey Tiki Vape Store. Every time I've stopped in, he has been friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He will also take the time to answer questions, and always help you find exactly what you're looking for. Great customer service like that is hard to find. That said, I can't say the same about the store's management. The staff—especially Izzy—go above and beyond for customers, but the way the store is managed doesn't reflect the same level of care. I really hope the company recognizes how valuable employees like Izzy are and gives them the support and appreciation they deserve, because they're easily the best part of the store.
