I love coming to this store! People laugh when I say I get my medicine from Vape Star, but I’m being completely serious. There’s such a wide selection that I almost feel overwhelmed with choice sometimes, but Mo and his team are always a huge help, whether I’m craving a specific flavor of nicotine or experimenting with different strains of flower to see what best fits my medical and recreational needs simultaneously, replacing or collecting accessories like grinders and ashtrays and glass pieces or stocking up on anything from papers to edible delights, and those are just from the variety of items I’ve purchased during my MANY visits over the past several months. I even got a gram of pink, sparkly flower for $10 and it was excellent for a good night’s sleep! (I don’t remember the name of it, but I’ve been affectionately referring to it as “Barbie” or “Cosmo and Wanda” since a beautiful green pops out once it’s ground up!) Anyway, this place is great, the employees always have a great attitude and are willing to help any way they can, Mo even makes sure I test vapes to make sure they work before leaving with them (and they always do for me so far) and every employee is knowledgeable about their selection and genuinely curious for customer feedback. I have never left this shop in any mood other than satisfied and excited to try something new, because I rarely leave without something I hadn’t thought of until a wonderful worker recommended it. I cannot say enough good things about this place as a smoke shop and on a customer service level - speaking as someone with several years’ experience in customer service and sales, these folks nail it!

I love this place! It’s a great location for me. They have a decent selection of vapes. I go here all the time. It’s quick and their credit card machine always works. The prices are good and you can give them your phone number to get deals on future visits.

This is my favorite store for kratom, vapes and other useful accessories. The people working here are helpful and knowledgeable about products, and I always feel like I can trust what they tell more or dont tell me about products. The hours are great too, open later than some shops and its great finally having one here on NW side of town. Wide selection of products, and a great rewards program.

Rude service. Not knowledgeable about product. I shopped today, giving this shop another chance but the girl cashier with purple hair was not friendly, I asked for several recommendations, she wasn’t aware of anything. I left with nothing. This place is next to my apartment so it’s a shame I can’t come here again.

Great prices and even better customer service
