Terrible service. Avoid this shop at all costs. A friend walked in recently and was made the butt of the jokes of one employee in a black shirt AND the manager. She was wearing spandex and the employees decided it was appropriate to joke and laugh at her expense. She left feeling extremely hurt and is one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. Shame on you, Vapor 100. Do better.

Kayla, & the whole crew at the Vapor 100 Campbell location are INSANELY amazing! Some of the BEST customer service I've had in years. I exclusively go to this location because how well they take care of me & the other customers that come in. Can't recommend them enough
