I love going there! The best products and prices. But what also makes it 5 stars, is the staff. They are super nice and friendly!

We go out of our way to shop this chain because of the good service and points. This was the first time we visited this location. They didn't offer to let my husband try his vape in the store so he tried it in the car. It's a dud so he walked straight back in and they would not let him trade it. That's $30 just lost. Use another location. There are plenty of other choices for vapes and this one has bad customer service

I finally got a vape unit that I think I'm going to be happy with. I may be able to quit smoking now. The gentleman who helped us was awesome and went over the pros and cons of each unit and was extremely helpful. Didn't push me into anything I was unsure of, wish I had his name but he was there at 9:30 am on 4-27-17, and he needs a raise.

Super helpful staff, always kind. System for card systems and payments should be updated. Until I quit I'll be coming here. Points system is awesome here and they also offer BOGO half off deals on disposables!
