I recently bought a blink touch which was $17.00 I didn't even have it 24 hours and the front of broke off As you can see in the pictures it is a clean brake and there is no damage to the lighter where it might have been dropped or anything. I took it back to the store and talked to the manager and she was the most rudest person I have met in a while didn't listen to anything I had to say just that she didn't care what happened she wasn't exchanging it. There is no signs saying all sales are finale or anything. I wasn't wanting my money back I just wanted to exchange it for another one.

That is simply not true, as my 17 then, now 18 year old son's bank account is under my name as well and I see debit charges from your business every couple of weeks and he is definitely not of age and does not have a fake ID. Again, DO BETTER!!Follow up, Jan 13, 2026. You sold to my son again, again no one asked for an ID! We are currently on our way to get him medical attention. How do you not realize how responsible you are for these kids getting hurt? And the girl in the phone is rude and a liar.
