Actually, based on a purchase I made yesterday, 2/14/26. I purchased a Vaporesso Zero vape unit, when I got it home and charged and filled it, it does not work, your store has told me to go to Vaporesso, they tell me to go to you. What do you suggest?

Zero stars!! I shop here all the time and had a product that could not be tested in store purchased from here. When I got home to check if it worked, it did not work at all. I tried to message them last night because they were closing when I went in to make the purchase and asked to just exchange the product out this morning. THEY WOULD NOT , take the exchange when it's close to $100 worth of product brand new, and they hung up on me during the phone call for asking questions. If this is not resolved I will make sure myself and no one else I knows will go there for anything again. Worst customer service of all time. What is the direct way to contact because I called and the ladies there just said they would not help me and ended up hanging up on me.

Best shop in St. Joe, the customer service is better than any other store of any kind. Simply driving by makes me want to stop in, just so I can once again see what customer service is supposed to be like. I have gone through many mods, and many juices, and all staff has ALWAYS been knowledgeable about their products.

Best customer service ever. I ended up getting a bad batch of coils well what we thought were bad batch of coils on my Cletus Tank. They gladly swapped two atomizers out. They saw that I had a problem with my tank but after three visits got it taken care of. No one else could fix the problem which turned out to be air flow completely backwards from what we expected. But the point of the story is after multiple visits they were still nice as ever. Not one ounce of frustration and got my problem taken care of. I will not shop anywhere else. Thank you Muse
