THE BEST SMOKE SHOP IN SAINT LOUIS! WITH THE BEST RAW PAPERS OUT OF THIS WORLD!

I've shopped here for around 30 years. Do not shop here if customer service is important. Owners have become jaded and disinterested in customer service, as a result, the staff mostly sucks. Rude, impatient, of course they are less interested in customer service than the owners who should care. They treat most people like criminals and despite everything being locked up they leer at you as if they want you to steal so they can ve rewarded by the angry owners who seem to hate customers. This place is not the best, not the nicest, and should have way better customer service than None at all. I will update ny review if they choose to improve

Really great staff that knows what they’re talking about. Lots of vape options, a great selection of pipes/bongs, and decent incense collection.

I watch the manager run up on a customer and tell him he couldn't use the prize viewer on their slot machine. Idaho Center people that travel around and just hit prize beers looking for prizes before they put any money inside but this store also has people sit there and watch people lose money as soon as they walk out the door they go right to the machine and win it back. If you don't want people for you and you should take it off of the machine and if you want customers to appreciate you staff shouldn't be allowed to gamble on the clock at least
