One of the greatest establishments I have ever been too. The young man whose name is yousef behind the register was the bigg if I could give 10 stars I would est help with best customer service

The man at the register was so nice and helpful. He got me exactly what I wanted and I was in and out. I definitely will be coming back.

Went up twice today. First time, I encountered some issues with my card but staff was very understanding and patient. After coming back up (basically at close), a different employee was also extremely patient and helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about the employees and the establishment itself.

Pablo is fantastic at creating custom shisha blends, and the variety of pre-made shisha flavors is amazing. Plus, the quality of charcoal and hookah accessories is top-notch in the Lou.

Best vape store in town. Customer service is always great. This store definitely has everything you’re looking for.
