Kay at Scooter’s Smoke Shop is absolutely wonderful! She is always so pleasant, helpful, and welcoming. Every single time I step foot in the store, she has a smile on her face and makes the experience even better. She’s incredibly sweet, patient, and knowledgeable, and you can truly tell she enjoys helping customers. Kay’s positive energy keeps me coming back—she’s a gem! This is and edit post I visited Friday 6/2 and the heavyset young man that was working rude so rude where is Kay? Please train your employees properly and be sure to remind them the work in customer service!
