I love these people. They are very professional and sweet. It just feels like going over a family members house when you go to the shop. God protect them and their business. 🙏🏾 ❤️

This store is yelling at me, the victim after they let 2 criminals in the store with stolen cards on April 20th, 2024 charge over $213 and never showed them ID. They attempted to charge on 3 different stolen cards. They keep lying and protecting the criminals and then even lied to my bank to keep the money. They first lied and said they didn't have cameras of the guys in the store using the cards. My sons car was broken into at Planet Fitness on April 20th in Florissant. They stole his wallet from the glove compartment. While we were talking to Officer Byers at Planet Fitness the criminals went to Wayne Head Smoke Shop and started using all the cards in my sons wallet to buy $103.29 and $108.99 worth of items. As soon as I seen the charges come through I called the shop and the owners brother answered. I told him my sons stolen cards are being used in his store as we speak and we are with the police. I said I need camera footage from the store so we can see who was using my sons cards. The owner of the shop brother proceeds to tell me they don't have cameras in the store. Which was a lie. Then he tells me they didn't let the guys buy anything because they knew the cards were stolen when the cards kept declining. I said the card was just charged. He said yeah but it didn't go through. I said are the cops there? He said he just called the cops and they just left. So after asking him more questions and then coming back to the question about the cops he says he never called the cops. That the cops just showed up. I said how did the cops know to just show up. He said they are following these guys. I didn't know if that was true but have since found out that was a lie. So if this shop was honest why do they keep lying about every conversation? First they say they don't have cameras. Then the owners says they do. Then they say they didn't make charges on the cards. Then I find out they did. Then they said they knew the kids were using stolen cards but then tell my bank it was a legit charge and steal the money from my sons bank any how. Then the owner lies and says his system only takes cards with pin codes but thats a lie because I have all the attempted charges on my credit cards that have no pin codes from his store. So he uses credit cards without pin codes. So him and his brother are both changing the story over and over. Yelling at me. Not listening to the factual evidence. They don't care criminals are in there store using stolen cards. They are going to help the criminals and then proceed to victimize the victim and then lie to the banks to steal even more from the victim while they are at it. They think they are smart but they barked up the wrong tree to steal from.

Walk in they act like they seen a ghost 🙄 the service was real stand off and suspicious as of they're stereotype there own community I just wanted a fanto 🤷🏿‍♂️ I wouldn't RECOMMENd it 😤👎🏿
