They are so nice, understanding, and patient. The juice is exactly! The equipment lasts a long time.

No bell's and whistles just solid prices and great service. I had a problem with a component I bought. I left the component, the manager called me in less than 45 minutes, explained what happened and the problem fixed. The most pleasantly surprising part they gave me a medium bottle of juice for being nice to them. Ladies as far as I can tell all the employees are women so if your more comfortable dealing with women go here.

You know when you use the word Mall, you would expect to walk in the door and find Vapes all over the walls. Different kinds of displays. You know things like that. All I saw when I walked in the door were refill containers, cartridges and a bad atmosphere. They do NOT have disposable Vapes. My friends, this, is not a mall!! Far from it.

It's not the staffs fault, but the owner of this place has been cheaping out for years. First they got rid of Box Mods and anything that won't fall apart in a day or leak in your pocket (Which is just great since they don't do refunds for devices either unless it's defective or cloned, yep, even if it leaks like an old BMW. You're on your own.) But if that wasn't enough they've cheaped out on their juice as well, switching to a newer (and of course cheaper/synthetic) supplier. Of course it's not cheaper for the customer as their smallest bottle of juice was almost $20 at the time (less than 2 months ago) they've since changed THAT, by lowering the prices a bit and bringing back their smaller bottles, but that's it. RY4 V2 which is a tobacco flavored juice they've been selling for awhile now somehow tastes like a mix of nothing with a hint of ammonia or something you'd use to clean a bathroom. I recently got another flavor and somehow that tastes like nothing and disappointment as well, so I'm guessing that's all their juices now which sucks considering they had a great product and juice selection. For all the vape shops around here, cheaping out on your ingredients and actual vapes is probably a bad idea, especially when "cheap" is the only gimmick that brings customers in the door and can scarcely keep them coming back when the quality is like this. Edit: My guy, the FDA is not forcing you to play hot potato with your prices, or drop or switch suppliers, what are you even talking about?
