From the moment of entering the establishment was already a terrible experience. Two men are working the counter one of which not mindful to any of their surroundings displaying poor customer service. When finally receiving help, we were greeted with a very aggressive, uneducated arrogant attitude from an employee who you could clearly tell knew nothing about the product or store to which he worked. I own vape stores out of state and if my employees treated my customers the way I was treated during my visit in this establishment there isn't a chance they'd keep a job. The non existent customer service, the poor attention to detail, the aggression presented to a potential buyer.. this is not the way to run a store.

The gentlemen that work in here are always welcoming and friendly. Never miss on their flavor recommendations and honestly just genuinely good people. Will helped me most recently and just left a tremendous impression. These guys deserve business for sure.

I absolutely appreciate the help they offer and how knowledgeable they are! I will not go anywhere else! And Matt is awesome always kind,helpful,and smiling and he will not sell you something he will not use!! This store I will recommend!!

This place is getting a 5 because im new to vaping to get off dip. And I honestly really enjoy the helpful, knowledgeable and professional service. Not once have i felt pressured to buy higher end models and received good honest insight. Ive talked to different employees on separate occasions and they are doing something right here. I have yet to bother with the other store that is closer with how good they do things at this place.

WONDERFUL SERVICE. The manager Solo is always polite and able to answer any questions that I have. Adam was able to give me full juice profiles and point me in the right direction for my taste. Store was SUPER CLEAN. Made me feel like I was welcome. I knew after the first visit that this store was able to suit ALL of my Vaping needs. Right on guys!
