Super nice staff that always helps me with any questions I might have and they have just about everything you can think of. I used to go someplace else, but this place has a more complete product inventory. They'll also sell individual coils for us old school vapers and that can come in really handy. Thanks guys!!!

Great customer service! I was worried because I bought a vape that had stopped working really quickly and tried to go through the warranty service to no avail! I was told they could not verify all the necessary information for a replacement but I called and V-Twin was willing to exchange it for me! I thought I was going to be out the $50 but they really came through to help me out!
