If I can give this place 10000 stars I would. Best hookah outside the Middle East. Amazing owner Ali was soo nice so accommodating and caring. You could see the love and passion he has for his customers and his business. Highley recommend.

One of my favorite spots to come and unwind lowkey.... the hookahs are consistent and the service is great. They dont serve alcohol at this time but honestly that probably helps with the vibes.

Came here on a weekend night around 8/8:30 PM and it was like half full when we arrived, so we got seated right away. The workers were super friendly and walked us through how the ordering process works. Menu is simple to read. They don't serve alcohol (I don’t drink anyways haha), so the drink menu is all juices and non-alcoholic beverages. More than enough options to keep you happy throughout the night. For the hookah, our group of 8 got 3 heads total (probably a little overboard). We went with two orange heads for fruity flavors and one pineapple head for mint flavor. The shisha quality was great and the staff checked back frequently for the coals. A belly dancer made a surprise appearance. She was SO good so I had to tip her. Definitely added a fun, unexpected surprise. There's only one bathroom but it was clean. By 9:30 or 10 PM, the place gets pretty packed. From solo visitors to big groups of 10 to 15 people, good for any occasion. Overall, great shisha, great service, and I would absolutely come back!

I’ve lived in STL my whole life and never had a great hookah experience until I came to Aria Lounge. All I can say is wow. The hookah is on point, the service is top-notch, everything is very clean, and the owner is extremely friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back.
