I had bought a vape device from them a month ago, and all the sudden my device had a glitched/stopped working. I went in there with my concern and the owner (I believe) was SO amazing. He let me get a new device free of charge. The last device I had lasted me four years, they helped me with that situation as well. They are very helpful. Not many smokes shops are like that anymore.

Before I got to Majestic Vapor I had no idea what I was doing or what I should get. I went to the other 2 guys in town and they just wanted to try to sell me stuff and were rude. When I got to Majestic Vapor, Lou greeted me with a smile and was totally cool to talk to. He answered every question I had and just kept giving me the information I needed to understand how all of this stuff works. He never pressured me to buy anything either. Heck I had to ask him if I could buy :D Once I understood how it all worked, I knew what I was after and he gave me a great price. He also explained how to work, clean and maintain that specific unit, as he was putting my stuff together and ringing me up. Since I have been to Majestic Vapor, I do not feel the need to go talk to anyone else, I believe they will just try to sell me more stuff I don't need. Thank you Lou, You're place is awesome and you really know how to treat people. If you're in Washington MO and you Vape, I highly recommend you go talk to Lou at Majestic, even if you just want to shop around, talk to him, you will be blown away that someone so cool works in this industry.

The go to place in Washington for all your vape needs. They have what you need, from juices, to coils, pods, disposable vapes. On top of that they have some waxes, and flowers along with some real nice glass pieces if you prefer to smoke. They keep the place hooked up with the goods. Do yourself a favor and check them out! 👍

The gentleman i spoke with today was very insightful and helpful in making my decision to move to vaping over smoking cigarettes. He walked me through step by step and was extremely considerate. I will be back for sure!

Stack is knowledgeable, helpful and very polite. They have a great selection and if they don't have it they will write it down for the owner can order it for you, he is also a great guy who i have gotten to know over the years from his time at another vape shop and then he bet on himself and is killing it. -AN EXTREMELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER
