This company doesn’t Stand behind their product. I was excited to purchase my first cob which was bought new from an eBay store. The top of the bowl cracked first smoke. I sent an email to Missouri meerschaum with detailed images, purchase date, with the correct packaging and they told me they are unable to confirm my purchase since it wasn’t from an authorized dealer. It shouldn’t matter. It’s their brand pipe, they produced it. It shouldn’t matter where I got it from. There was no reasoning with them. I asked if I could send in for a repair or replacement and was denied. They lost years of business and LOTS of money from me over a $20 pipe(I BUY A LOT OF PIPES) this was my first purchase and will be my last and anyone I can steer away from this company. Bad for business and they should know better since they have been in business for so long.

Awesome history and selection of pipes and tobacco. The man working there immediately engaged with us and told us some cool history facts. I told him I was looking into corn cob pipes for the first time and he was super helpful and they actually have beginners kits available. Smelling all the types of tobacco was nice also. Great place!

These folks make a fantastic product. I have a large collection of very expensive pipes. I inherited it from my brother and my uncle and my dad. I have purchased about a dozen Missouri Meerschaum pipes over the last 20 years. These are well-made and built to last. They are my preferred pipe. They are my go to pipe. They smoke really well. They last a long time and are easy to clean. I like the 6 mm filter and I get a lot of compliments when smoking Captain Black white label.

My son and I just made a pit stop to take a look, and had a great experience! I didn't catch the lady's name, unfortunately, but she was SO helpful... taking time to share information about the pipes I was looking at, and also was so kind to my 7 year old son who was obsessed with the rubber ducks he wanted me to buy him from the store! Worth the stop! Thanks for a great memory with my son, and some awesome new corn cob pipe gear. :)

Came across this place while visiting Washington, and my wife and I wanted to see what it was about. It turned out to be quite fascinating. This is the only corn cob pipe manufacturer left in the U.S. I was shocked to learn how many pipes they still make here every day (thousands) and how they ship all over the U.S. and the world. The history of the industry, and particularly this company, was very interesting. They make a few other types of pipes besides corn cob, which are also very well made. They have a large selection of tobacco with sample jars of each, so you can smell it before you buy it. We spent about 50 minutes here. I’ve never smoked a pipe, but I walked out with a very nice cherrywood pipe, a tin of wonderful smelling tobacco, and all the requisite tools/accessories for less than $40.
