I used to really enjoy this shop but I recently bought a vape from them and the next day I called them because the vape I bought wouldn't charge and I was told that they sold me a bum vape and their policy is once the vape leaves the store they won't do anything about it. I don't recommend shopping this store and I definitely won't be giving them my business ever again.

I use to be a regular at this shop, however after finding out they were out of my brand cart I was guided towards this brand where they sold me a dud cart. I tried it in the store and it worked, however when i went home and it stopped now I understand you can’t know 100% what happened to the cart between those times but i brought back the cart and the box in pristine condition, but that’s not even what I care about anymore, I understand their policy is final sale. I’m not even trying get my money back because I know that’s not possible. Just trying to spread the word on this shop and that’s not even talking about how many minors they sell too.

Not my normal "go-to" shop for vape, but today decided to stop in to see if they had any decent options for my new mod.. Julie was AWESOME. I was blown away with her knowledge of products and her recommendations were right on par for what I was looking for! Clean, friendly, professional and fair priced.. I may have found my new shop! Julie, if you see this, thank you so much! YOU are 100% the reason I would come back!

I bought a vape yesterday and today it is all the sudden burnt and won’t let the juice burn through to the coil. I understand no refunds after you leave the store but if I call to let you know you have a defective product I expect generosity when it comes to maybe discounting a new one and returning the defective one. $30 is $30 and I’m not going to be a customer any longer due to this issue.

staff is amazing, Julie is always wanting to help and understands getting the best thing for your price range!!! all the employees are educated on all their products and always recommend things for me to try! very clean store! always organized and stocked, if not stocked they will be in a couple days! i’ve never had such an enjoyable, personal shopping experience! ALWAYS GO HERE :)
