Store was clean and smelled nice, had cool products, free stickers and my friend found what he was looking for I would go out of my way to come to this store knowing that I’d have a good experience again

The gentleman who helped me was a delight and very accommodating and the store itself was very put together with a variety of items. 12/10 will visit again

Honestly, I had a terrible experience here. Long haired dude had a terrible demeanor about him. Id rather spend my money on a business that appreciates the value of good customer relations.

Have never had anything but great service until tonight. Bought an OPMS black shot and when I got home I realized the foil seal was ripped off and had been filled with what appeared to be water (yes I still drank it because they’re expensive and it tasted watery with just a little bitterness to it). Went back to buy a new one because I know how it would sound if I asked for a replacement. I advised the person working that I wasn’t looking for a refund but advised him to check the stock just to be sure it didn’t happen to anyone else. The person immediately became standoffish and stated that he personally checks the stock already to make sure they’re all good because he’s had complaints before. Just didn’t appreciate being treated like a liar even when I wasn’t asking for anything free. At least feign concern 🤷‍♂️

Puffs is one of Carson best head shops by far. The attitude on the workers is fun and relaxed they actually are down to have a conversation with you about there product even if you don’t want make a purchase it’s a great place to stop by and talk and get educated on glass! I highly recommend visiting puffs and buying some glass for a great price on top of the line glass. There accessories selection is big and they have almost every you or your piece needs. Thank you puffs for bringing a great atmosphere to Carson city and a great shop that all of us glass heads can go to and add to our collections that are already probably too big because of you guys. I highly recommend this place.
