Horrible service got a hat from the guy a couple days ago went to see if he would exchange it for another one cuz the hat was to big for the person I got it for . He first says they never had this hat I got from them . Then he starts smelling the hat saying it's washed !!! Mind you the tags and everything it had on it was still attached. I understand if you guys dond do returns but they never said that it was " we dont sell that hat " to " you washed the hat smell it . It doesn't smell like my hats " it's crazy i come all the time to this is like the 5th hat I got but won't be coming back anymore for my hats or swisher and nicotine

Andy was very helpful, he had great customer service. Great smile, he helped me order more of the rose wraps I like and called me when they arrived. I will be back again! :)

Usually have what I’m looking for, but if you’re in a rush and trying to get there right as the store SAYS it opens (8am) don’t. They usually aren’t there til 9am at the latest.
