Rude and unprofessional, they’ll sell something that doesn’t work and call you a troublemaker when you try to resolve it them if you need any assistance post-buy you won’t get it and lose your money. Be careful when buying there.

Staff is super friendly! Normally can always find what I need there. But if not they will get it and call me when it is there! Love this place

If there’s one thing that grinds my gears, it’s overcharging. Typically, I also frequent the location on the east side right off of Nellis and Stewart. They charge almost double here for the same kratom. It used to cost about $35 at most but now they thought they were slick and wanted to charge $45 for 200g so if anything this is probably the last time I’m going to buy anything from this location. Just not worth the price. To be quite frank with you. You can even buy a kilo for about $72 online so the price here just doesn’t really make any legitimate sense. Just comes off like you’re trying to scam your customers, that have been coming here for a while. Even the vapes at this location are just arbitrarily more expensive. Shop at other stores. In fact, the 200g kratom that I’ve bought I know for a fact I can get for $20 elsewhere.

This store was fantastic and they had everything I needed I recommend coming here if you need any service 5 stars most definitely!!!!!
