Do not go to this shop!!!!! What a horrible experience! Went there for the first time today, only because of being short on time, I figured I’d try a new shop on my route, on 7/29/26, around 1:10pm to buy two Geekbar Pulse X’s, both devices were Duds! Burnt flavors out of the box, instead of offering a replacement or refund for the bad devices, the lady behind the register (no name tag) proceeded to berate me and call me names about the situation, I will update this review as soon as I receive a refund from my bank because unfortunately, that seems as it will be my only option, so please avoid this shop, there are others in the area that do much better business!!!

Saw this smoke shop on my way home from work went inside with my honeybadger and asked if they had a tip. Straight up they said no. The store was huge and they had everything so as I started looking around I seen the honey badger tip, with different sizes and temps I decided to put it on my honeybadger at the register, turned it on and It didn’t heat up. I let him know this tip wasn’t working and he said no returns. I let him know the tip wasn’t working as I hadn’t even walked out the store he nonchalantly said he doesn’t care. I pulled out my phone and started recording and he all of a sudden cared and exchanged my tip.

Customer service is so horrible at this shop it’s insane ain’t no way, what’s you guys hours of operation? I just sat here & watch at least five customers walk away at 12:03am because a wait 15 minutes and he’s standing at the register, it should take that long to count a register in 2026 it’s to much technology…. Yall need more then one employee if that’s the case….

False advertising they say they're open 24 hours but they are definitely not. I'm here at 8:00 a.m. in the morning on a Monday all the lights are on outside and all of the lights on in the inside but nobody's home. I knocked and everything because this is a sketchy area so maybe they keep the doors locked but nobody home. That reply is definitely false they were closed when I came by 45 minutes later a second time.

During my time here, I spoke with Kristy.. im sorry if I got the name wrong. Im bad with names but im good with faces and positive events. Based on my experience with many smoke shops within the Las Vegas area, this is one smoke shop where the co-owner/ employee(s) are actually knowledgeable. The recommendations I recieved were perfectly aligned with my needs then some. The store is clean, stocked and has a standard of immense customer service. Consistency is key. I shall update this review as needed as I do with my other reviews: some dating back 7 years. Keep up the good work!
