I had a really disappointing experience with this place. I purchased two Geek Bars, brought them home, and didn’t open them for about two weeks. When I finally opened one, it didn’t work at all — no pull, no smoke, completely defective. The second one worked perfectly, so it’s clearly not user error. I contacted the owner to explain the situation, expecting them to stand behind their product. Instead, they refused to exchange the defective unit. The only thing they offered was a replacement at 50% off, which I feel is completely unfair. I paid full price for a brand-new product, and it didn’t work — that shouldn’t be my loss. Good businesses stand behind what they sell. If a product is defective, the customer shouldn’t have to pay again, even at a discount. This experience left a bad impression, and I would warn others to be cautious when buying from here. Buyer beware.

I always have a pleasant experience when I come here. Everyone is always kind, friendly, and willing to help with any product or service inquiries. Albeit a minimal selection, they offer great prices for various vape and kratom products. I honestly enjoy visiting this store. Update / Seven Months Later: Just stopped in today to top up on some of my usual product. Regardless of how much or little I have to spend, the staff always demonstrates a familiar kindness I’ve typically only experienced with friends and family. Came at 9:05 and they were not open no one in site! Fix your times on Google and the store door so people know when to come

Fast, friendly, and accurate! The knowledge of the staff(Chintha) on products sold is second to none. He was able to assess and advise with few questions, from a novice to expert level! Prices are reasonable and hours of operation are plenty! No other smoke shop will do! Recommend to all family and friends alike!

I’ve been to a lot of vape shops, and this one is by far one of the best when it comes to customer service and selection. They have a wide variety of vape juices and coils for not so popular tanks or mods. They even went as far to ask me what juices I liked to smoke (Sad Boy brand and custards) which they said they could get the brand in stock so it was available. This action shows that they are listening to customers and accommodating to what we want. Everyone is also super friendly, and the store is very clean and well kept every time I have visited. This place is also open late which is super convenient for people who work later in the day.
