I had a great experience at Neighborhood Five Vapes & Smoke Shop thanks to Ralph! He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helped me find exactly what I needed. He also took the time to explain a few tips that will help me save money on my puff bars in the long run, which I really appreciated. His attention to detail and excellent customer service made the whole experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back.
