Walked in, youngman behind the counter is in the back room on a call,.I'm not in a rush and he isn't busy so I'm ok to wait while he wraps up his call, but no after a few moments he does walk out, still on the call, ok I'm still in no rush, on the showroom floor I don't see what I'm looking for, after a minutes, I googled near by shops because it seems like I'm not important enough to end the call, after finding a place near me I look back at the youngman who finally acknowledged me, I ask him if he has a stem and I brought my own to show what I needed, he seemed confused as what I needed then said no and walked back to the back room... Thanksiguess
