Just popped in to see if they had a 510 thread, a battery for my vape. The 1st guy was friendly, funny, very welcoming. He even joked .. he did indeed have the battery I was in search of. But unfortunately it was across the street, he said. At his other store. He was so cool, I didn't hesitate to go to the smiths lot to visit his other shop. Dude there, was horrible. Treated me like a criminal the whole time. I'm here to make a purchase bro. The so called owner sent me here. Don't worry bro. I won't spend my money here. So I went back to this store. A different guy was not as helpful as the owner. I jus left. I had returned to tell the owner that I appreciated his humor and friendliness. I wanted to buy him a drink or two. Just to say thank you. Oh well. I continued down the street and found a guy who knew how to treat a customer.

And I’m taking all my pppl I recommend with me ! Never use to have issues at this smoke shop until Andy sister started working here first she was the other one and one time they charged me twice for a item and she literally was trying to argue with me and we can see clear as day on my bank app it was charged twice she began yelling in my face and proceeds to call somebody on the phone , she talking mess and slamming my items on the counter !!!! This is the second time I had this issue with this lady when she been gone all these last couple of month since i come here regularly I never had ANY ISSUES UNLESS SHE IS THERE GET RID OF HER! Shes rude and obnoxious and loud why are you yelling at the customers spending there money in there establishments it’s okay never again

Good prices, nice people but not open at 8am. Need hours updated. Thank you.

I don't think we will go to any other smoke shop in Las Vegas as long as this Shop is open! The owner is just the sweetest guy and so helpful! He always has such a positive attitude and a smile for everybody. He refers to his customers as sister or brother and always has such a wonderful demeanor. Really nice selection of glass and all kinds of accessories and wonderful stuff. We really love this shop and recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a great smoke shop!!

Great customer service night and day from the last time I came store is updated and the young lady working today 02-25-26 was very nice and accommodating compared to the woman that worked here and across the street last year with a horrible attitude she is the reason I stopped coming. The new lady’s customer service is the reason I will start coming again!
