The best store ever, you can buy vape and send money all the world, I been using this place from 2007 thanks to be here

I’ve been coming here for a few weeks and from the very first time I visited the owners have been super friendly and helpful. I bought a bong but after check out I saw a different one I liked better and was kind of scared to ask so my partner asked if we could exchange the one we bought for the one we liked better and much to our surprise the owner agreed to let us return the one we just bought. I’ve never been met or treated with such kindness from a smoke shop before. This is definitely one of the best smoke shops I’ve been to in Vegas. Every single time I’ve visited has been a great experience, would recommend to everyone! The customer service is top tier! 👍🏼

Everytime I've gone to this place the last 5 months I've been out here they always treated me well there approach to me has always been top notch along with brief interactions we have before I leave after getting ld red 100s never a time I had one bad experience with them definitely recommend this place for sure definitely 10/10 ty all that work there for the amazing service everytime I come in u all r amazing 🙏

Employee who worked Saturday 5/31/2025 after midnight (friday night) was rude, obnoxious, and I would be embarrassed if my employee ever acted or treated customers in such a manner. Never had any issue at a smoke shop in past almost 30 years going to them of ntil now. Would never go back especially since there was a great shop like a half mile on maryland.Maryland. All my other reviews are 5 stars.

Seems the reviews were better a year ago. All the recent reviews are basically about horrible service, hours of operation isn’t accurate, old merchandise and denying of service. This saddens me because what happen since then? They will definitely loose business with this type of service! Speaking of personal experience, I purchased a carton of cigarettes and it was stale. Didn’t even bother to return it plus, i live 20 minutes away!
