EDIT: As you can see from the owner's response, he has some issues -- name calling, threatening a restraining order, etc -- thus proving the point of my review. Customer beware! A friend bought a fan from here online. Shortly after receiving the item, she emailed to ask a question about the packing peanuts that the item came packed in (she wanted to see if they were compostable or not). She shared with me the back-and-forth email thread that ensued and, oh boy, was the business owner rude! Accused my friend of "harassing a small business". It was laughably childish. Not sure how someone so triggered and thin-skinned by a simple question runs a business that requires interfacing with customers . . . Unfortunately, I've encountered business owners like this a few times, and all you can really do is spread the word in the hopes that other potential customers steer clear. That is why I'm writing this review -- I really want to warn other customers and save them from a terrible customer service experience. I've included pics of the email exchange, so you can be the judge!
