One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at a shop like this. Mimi the manager was super knowledgeable and helpful about products, very kind, and patient. They had a lot of brands that other shops don’t carry. I called several shops in the area and all but this one were totally clueless about their products, options, and not very helpful at all. If you want a place that knows their stuff and will actually help you with a positive attitude, this is your place.
