I love this place. Everyone here is super friendly and very knowledgeable. It's always a bonus to be able to ask the experts what's new; advice on vapes, juice, salts, CBD gummies - everything they sell. I've been coming for four years now and it's the only place I'll buy from. I use vaporesso products and they are always super up-to-date and you can be assured that all products are authentic. Money is tight in our current economy; their sales and reward points will make it so you never have to worry about breaking the bank on anything. In addition, their shelf prices are just more reasonable than everywhere else. If you care at all about having the best vaping experience you can get - come here. They'll give you tips and tricks and they understand the (fairly complicated) electrical infrastructure housed in the units they sell to advise you which pod/vape/resistance is best for you and your preferences. Explain in plain language what you like and dislike and they can steer you to your best option in your price range. Every neighborhood/community needs a shop like this. I'm thankful to have these guys here.

Place knows me by name and keeps my favorites in stock. The owner worked with me to get a new mod when my previous one stopped being made. They also have a loyalty plan that makes it even more affordable. I travel 20+ minutes just to go here since it's now my go to spot.

This is my first visit to The Vape Room! I had a great experience at The Vape Room! First, excellent customer service! Second, lots of juice flavors and nicotine grams offered for sale. Third, Mark changed my coil, inserted juice and taught me how to operate my vape. Fourth, it was a free demonstration, because, I know how to do these things now. Fifth, I signed up for a $5.00 off coupon every month! Hence, 5 stars for The Vape Room! I'm so glad, I stopped there to buy my vape products. I will definitely go back to shop there. In my opinion, The Vape Room goes above and beyond to deliver great customer service and have every customer leave happy!

Today after work I walked in to browse and pick out a disposable vape and I met Zach. He was the most knowledgeable dude ever. We spoke about how I thought I only had enough for a good disposable vape and this man puts together an amazing mod that was still within my price range. I was able to get a brand new Smoke atomizer, a good mod and even 60ml of some of my favorite juice. I was blown away to get such a great set up for a little more than a gas station 2000 puff bar. Man is a saint and I really appreciate the customer service as he remembered when I had come in previously. I'd give this 1000 ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐🤩

Picked up one of Orion Bars Gummy Bear and taste amazing and fixed the nicotine itch. The store was neat and the prices were pretty good. They also offer military discount!
