Good cigars, clean building. Hateful, aloof, insulting clerk! He should not be in a customer service position! I won't ever buy anything from this place ever again. The owner is well aware of all the complaints against this employee, yet he still works there... and for quite a few years. He even transferred from another site that closed. I'm guessing he can't get anyone to keep working there for what he's willing to pay, so he retains whoever will tolerate being underpaid. This employee... short, stocky, blond/brown hair, blatantly stands and watches you like you're a theif, has no social skills at all, and makes you uncomfortable during the entire visit by watching you and not saying anything or being kind or considerate at all. They're never getting my money ever again. How does the owner stay in business with this guy in his employ? Is it worth ostracizing customers to save a few bucks on payroll?

This was a hard one for me to write. Rarely will you see me post a negative experience. I walked in and introduced myself the gentleman working did not identify himself. The whole time I was in the humidor the same gentleman watched me. I have been to multiple cigar shops here in Las Vegas over the years. I have never received this treatment. Normally you walk in and they greet you not the other way around and I have never had someone watch me while in the humidor shopping. Not sure if this is standard treatment here, perhaps I irritated the worker by interrupting him in the lounge? Or perhaps they have a security issue here im not aware of. The one thing I do know is this shop is different in a negative way. I hope everyone else gets a better experience.

Person helping me seemed quite indifferent. Perhaps it was his lack of knowledge regarding pipe tobacco. Pipes were not of the quality you would expect for the prices they were asking. One pipe clearly used and improperly cleaned had a quite loose fitting stem. Not the place for pipe enthusiasts in my opinion.

Excellent place for all your cigars and tobacco needs. Insane amount of inventory and selection! Beat place in town hands down. They also have a customer smoking lounge where you can enjoy a cigar a watch TV/movies in the back! Refreshments are also available. Highly recommend!

It's so hard to find certain brands of cigars and Tobacco Leaf carries my favorite brand. The staff is absolutely great professional, courteous, and very well versed in the details.
