I placed a large order 2 weeks ago (30 vapes), a couple days later I received a call to confirm my order and they asked for my tobacco sales license. I informed them I did not have one, and that this is a personal order. They said all good, a week later I followed up asking about tracking and they informed me my order is still on hold. Andrea reached out to me asking for me to provide proof of address and payment due to concerns the charge is fraudulent. I provided everything they asked for and a selfie with my id, and three days later no update or response. If you are in no hurry to conduct business this is the place for you!

Non existent customer service. I ordered and it took 3 months to receive. I tried to dispute the charge on my card and all of a sudden they started to respond to my emails and wouldn’t let me cancel the order or give me a refund. I thought it was a fluke situation and started ordering from them again. Things were going okay until I made an order 8 days ago and it has not been shipped yet and they again are not responding to my emails and you never get a human when you call. Just don’t use this company, and avoid the website.
