Beware all vape purchasers. If you purchase a vape that is broken out of the box, she will not replace that vape. You will lose your $30. I urge you to go to any other smoke shop as this is the only smoke shop that I've ever been in that will not replace the item directly on the spot. She had the audacity to tell me that all purchases are final, so if you sell me a broken product, I just lose that money. Will never return to this shop. she also lied directly to my face and said the new products are not replaceable anymore anywhere went to two other smoke shops not a mile away and both of them said that’s incorrect

If you want to receive someone to give you a bad attitude for just walking in and more for wanting to buy something I recommend this place 10/10. Will not be returning to this smoke shop, just go to the other smoke shop down on losee.

I have been shopping here as a loyal customer for over 7 years. They have great customer service, friendly staff and a wide range of products! If they don't have what you want they will get it for you! Most of them have become like family to me since I've frequented their shop for so long! This is an excellent place to shop for good smokes and even good conversation! I would rate them place 10 out of 10 if I could!

Place is very high priced , and the old lady who works there is always upset . Sometimes they don’t ID , I’ve seen minor but products often. Customer service neeed work !

The woman behind the counter is fantastic. She is sweet, kind, and always remembers some little thing we spoke of from my previous visit, to being up the next time she sees me. It is a very cozy, homey, and comfortable shop.
