Worst shop in the valley. Owner's son in law works there most of the time and everything you point to and ask a question he always says "it's good". Unfortunately that's about the only English he understands. I was going to buy a rechargeable vape and he couldn't tell me which one is better and why. Its very frustrating. I was able to look past this because they used to have the lowest price of disposable vapes. Everything was 19.95 or less. When the owner changed his pricing that became the last time I shopped there. I purchased a rechargeable vape at Smoke King. The employee spent 30 minutes helping me and teaching me all about rechargeable vapes and going over how to use and fill. Additionally, she went over the advantages of vape juice made in the USA and even Las Vegas. Not in a million years could I get this level of service and expertise at Smoke & Go. My advice...just go and never go back to Smoke & Go.

I should’ve know to not trust a smoke shops cigars but the one that I got had been there so long it was growing mold 🤮🤮🤮

By far and away the best shop I've found in and around Vegas. Other shops seem to be moving away from traditional "smoke" flavors such as menthol and tobacco; I've had to go searching for a new vendor a number of times (I don't "smoke" watermelon). Staff/owner was incredibly helpful, offered me 2-3 different options, said I could return what I did not wish to try (unopened), AND said she would make sure to continue ordering the flavor I liked best. Now that is customer service for you!!

I come here often and every time I'm getting helped by the older man, I always get dirty looks and overall just a bad experience. The guy just hates his job and is rude. The younger guys always make it an enjoyable experience.
