Best smoke shop in town. Best vape selections! Thank you for serving the community. well deserve a five star.

I had a wonderful experience at your store thanks to Diego. I called the day before with questions about the Geek Bar Pulse vapes I was looking for, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful over the phone. When I came in the next morning, Diego greeted me with the same warm and welcoming attitude. He has excellent customer service skills, made the entire experience enjoyable, and went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. Thank you, Diego, for your outstanding service. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this store to others!

Stopped by Smoke & Vape Hub and had a great experience. Good prices plenty of vape options and very friendly staff. It’s conveniently located near the Reno airport which makes it easy to stop in when I’m nearby. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience here and felt like it deserved a review. I came in on Sunday afternoon and the employee Jordan who helped me absolutely nailed it. A lot of the items are kept behind the counter, so the gentlemen who was working had to grab each item I wanted, and he did it with patience, efficiency, and a genuinely friendly attitude. He never made me feel rushed, even when I had questions and wanted to compare options. What really stood out to me was his product knowledge. Instead of pushing random items, he asked what I liked, and then explained the differences between products, and suggested some alternatives that actually fit my preferences. The upsell felt helpful rather than pushy, which I really appreciated. He stayed professional, and attentive the entire time, answering all my questions I had. It’s rare to find customer service that feels this personal and helpful. Because of this experience, I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this shop to others because of the service he provided.
