I was reluctant to write this review but after going in person to try to get a double charge fixed, I am shocked at how rude and unfriendly/unhelpful the employee was for the second time. Clearly customer service is not a priority at the California Ave location. He had told me my credit card didn't work and so another card was used and both were charged. He was clearly annoyed at the first visit when I asked him for assistance with the card reader and then again when I asked to have one of the charges reversed. Even if it's the owner's responsibility to do so, this information could have been shared with me in a respectful manner, not to mention an apology for making the mistake in the first place which seems like basic customer service especially when a store depends on patrons which I am no longer.

Kane is great, he knows what he’s talking about majority of the time. He knows what’s in the store rather than guessing he’ll take the time to look, has a great attitude and is pretty knowledgeable 🤞 we love SMOKNRAYS

Went into this smokn rays and Kane was super helpful, great assortment of glass, kratom, and vapes etc. I’ll be back for more!

Stop in usually once month to get rounds of charcoal for ceremony(others may use for hooka). Today I stopped in as I do once a month and so called manager said I don’t have any of those and haven’t carried in months… funny son cause I was here 3 weeks ago and several times and have on my card. Not to mention you sold them to me. Maybe he’s to doped up. So frustrating but noted not to go back. The gal 2 days ago even said they’re normally right here lol. If you don’t like your job find a new one bro
