All I gotta say is double check what you buy especially before leaving. It's a pretty big store, so take your time and find what you need.

If I could give this place negative stars they deserve it !! The sales clerk was the most annoying disrespectful and demanding person ive ever experienced. I went there to spend money and was followed around harassed and rushed throughout the store like a criminal. They treat every person that came through the door like an unwelcomed intruder! I will never go there again 10 out of 10 do not recommend!!!

I stopped by the smoke shop on Kietzke recently and had a really uncomfortable experience. The employee working at the time — a white gentleman with long hair — appeared to be under the influence of something. When I asked him for what I needed, he was nodding off while standing up and actually ended up falling over. It didn’t feel safe or professional at all. I was concerned enough that I called another store owned by Sunny’s to let them know what was going on, and all they told me was to write a review. That response was disappointing. I hope management takes this seriously because customers deserve better service and a safe environment.

I dont know how this place doesn't have 5 stars! Huge selection, awesome prices, and all sorts of random headphones swag.

I shop here often and the store is always clean, the staff it’s always friendly and attentive, always willing to offer deals and they have a very wide variety of products.
