Ken is the best. He even sent my juice to me when I was unable to come in!! I've been shopping here for over 10 years. Nothing compares to his products.

Absolute best place for E-liquid!! Tons of great flavor choices that are very clean tasting. I cannot use any vape juice from any other store. Love the employees especially Kenny. I've shopped here from day one and all these years later I'm still impressed.

My husband and I absolutely love going to the Sierra Smoke Shop on Glendale in Sparks, even though we live in south east Reno. Kenny is an absolute delight to work with there. He is always very honest with us when we would go in to purchase what we needed. Kenny is the nicest and kindest man your ever meet in retail. Kenny makes you feel at home and never tries to sell you something you don't need. I always love going there to see Kenny and you will too. However with the pandemic he is not open but you can put your order in on the internet and you will have it at the latest in two days. We've been going there ever since they opened years ago. So I bought a battery from them about a month ago. This morning it stopped working. I go in there with the receipt and original box and they tell me sorry they can't exchange or refund my money because it had a scratch...The scratch was so damn small they it took the kid like 15 seconds to be able to point it out to me. Then when I asked for the manager he said they couldn't do it because of new FDA regulations. Then they all go a huge attitude with me when I called them on their bull****. I've been going to this place consistently for about 3 years I like the juice they have but everything else they sell is garbage. I've spent 1000's of dollars at this place and they completely don't care that they lost a good customer.

Apparently i need to find a new place to get my liquid. Been using sierra smoke for 10+ years and they are closed at 4:50pm on Saturday. Supposed to be open till 5pm. Oh and they are no longer open on Sundays.just lost a loyal customer guys.
